PC SOUND of Washington, NC will be providing the farm with an additional stage and sound system as well as exciting musical talents for NC Sunflower Festival. Photographers, sunflower lovers, music lovers, festival lovers, and people who want to have good family fun, a fun date night, and delicious festival food, join us for this special event. Chocowinity will be hosting NC Babe Ruth Girl's Softball Tournament from June 24-28 as well. VENDORS for FOOD, ART, CRAFTS, NON-PROFIT FUNDRAISING and more invited! We will have approximately 100 vendor spaces available with limited electric hookup. \\WRISTBANDS

Concert goers will receive a wristband upon entry. Alcohol wristbands will be provided appropriately.  Lost wristbands will not be replaced and will require re-purchase.  

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Parking and entrance to the farm will be directed by volunteers and security officers.  There will be law enforcement present on the grounds.  Instant Command will be on call from Chocowinity EMS services one mile away.  

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

A valid photo ID is required for purchase of alcohol wristband for this event.  We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone whose behavior is not appropriate for a family event and/or appears intoxicated.  

\\WEATHER

This event will be held rain or shine.  There will be NO REFUNDS of tickets.  

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Chairs and blankets are encouraged.  Bring sunscreen and bug spray as needed.  Remember, you ARE on a farm.

Sorry, NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK, and NO PETS during festival; too many people, insurance requirement; NO WEAPONS ALLOWED of any type allowed, except for law enforcement officers on duty.  NO SMOKING in and around pasture, barn and animals.  A smoking area will be designated in our fire pit area.
