Encouraging Residents to Help Keep Lenoir & Caldwell County Litter-Free
/There’s a renewed focus in Lenoir and Caldwell County this April surrounding Litter!
No one likes a litter bug, and no one likes trash in their community. Here are some of the events currently planned.
The City of Lenoir City Council is adopting a Litter Resolution Tuesday April 6th.

Volunteers are provided cleanup supplies, such as reversible orange/blue trash bags, gloves and orange safety vests, from their local NCDOT County Maintenance Yard office.
Additionally, the City of Lenoir staff plans to pick up litter around the city on Wednesday, April 14 during the Litter Sweep.
After collecting trash, staff will gather for lunch on the square in Downtown Lenoir.
